Ways to work with me
Every path starts the same way: a free call where we figure out what’s actually going on and whether I’m the right person to help. No pressure, no pitch.
One plan instead of three subscriptions
A lot of people pay a personal trainer for workouts, a subscription for meal plans, and an app to track it all. Each one covers a piece. None of them teaches you how the pieces fit together, and when you stop paying, the results usually stop too.
My coaching puts training, nutrition, mindset and everyday habits into one plan at one monthly price. Because I teach you the why as we go, you keep the skills for life. That’s the difference between renting results and owning them.
Who it’s for: men and women from their late 20s into their 60s, whether you’re getting fit for the first time, getting strong again after kids, or protecting your health as you get older.
Free Discovery Call — 30 minutes, no cost
Tell me what’s been happening in your body and what you’ve already tried. I’ll tell you honestly what I think is driving it, what I’d do about it, and whether working together makes sense. Most people leave this call with at least one thing they can change that week.
Best for: anyone who is curious, stuck, or tired of being told everything looks fine when it clearly isn’t.
1:1 Coaching
Personal, ongoing work between the two of us. We build a plan around your history, your symptoms, your schedule and your goals — then adjust it as your body responds. This is where the deepest change happens, because it’s built for one person: you.
Coaching runs in three-month blocks. That’s not a contract trick — it’s how long it takes to be worth doing. Week one I’m learning how you actually eat, sleep and live. Week two you get your first goals. Someone who stops at week five has done all of the groundwork and seen none of the payoff.
Best for: anyone who wants accountability and a plan that keeps evolving instead of a document that sits in a folder, from your late 20s into your 60s.
Mindset Coaching — part of every coaching plan
Making daily lifestyle changes takes more than just doing things differently. It takes a mental shift that is harder than any workout. I’m there to give you tips and guidance on how to reshape your thoughts about health.
I do this through our check-ins: asking questions regularly, listening to where you are, and working through the challenges that are holding your progress back, whether that’s a stressful week, an old all-or-nothing habit, or the voice that says you’ve already failed.
This is coaching, not therapy. If something you’re dealing with needs a licensed mental health professional, I’ll tell you and help you find one.
Family & Couples Coaching
Healthy habits are a lot easier when you’re not the only one in the house making them. I coach partners and family members alongside each other, kids included, and build meal plans and shopping lists that work for the whole household, picky eaters too.
How it works: each of you gets your own plan and check-ins. Coaching for a couple is $350 a month for both of you, with the same three-month commitment. Add your kids for $50 a month per child, and any children after the second join at no extra cost. Each child gets workouts built for their age and a nutrition plan, including adjusting family meals for picky eaters.
Best for: couples and families who want to get healthier together instead of cooking two dinners.
Nutritional Planning
A practical, personalized approach to what you eat — built around your preferences, your budget and the way you actually cook and shop. Not a meal plan you’ll abandon in nine days. A way of eating you can keep.
Best for: anyone who knows nutrition matters but is drowning in contradictory advice.
Lab Reviews
Bring the bloodwork you already have and we’ll go through it together — what the markers mean, what patterns they suggest about your nutrition and lifestyle, and which questions are worth taking back to your physician. This is education and context, not diagnosis.
Best for: anyone who’s been handed a lab report and a shrug.
Custom Workout Plans
Training designed for your body, your equipment, your available time and your current starting point — built to support your nutrition rather than fight it. Written for the person you are right now, not the one a template assumes you are.
Best for: anyone who wants to train with intent instead of guessing.
What it costs
Coaching starts at $200 a month, with a three-month minimum.
Couples: $350 a month for both of you, with the same three-month minimum. Children: $50 a month each for the first two; any more join free.
There’s no full price list beyond that, and that’s deliberate. What you need might be one lab review, or it might be a year of weekly coaching — and putting a single number against both of those would tell you nothing useful.
So we settle your actual figure on the discovery call, once I understand what you’re dealing with. You’ll get a straight answer: what I’d recommend, what it runs, and why. Nothing is decided on that call, and nothing starts until you say so.
Not sure which one you need?
That’s exactly what the discovery call is for. Book one and we’ll figure it out together.
