Your story can help someone else take the first step. This release is completely optional and has no effect on your coaching.
What you're agreeing to
If you give permission, you allow Whole Body By Design, LLC to share your testimonial, quotes, coaching story and results (for example, how you feel, habits you've built, or progress you choose to share) on its website, emails, newsletters and social media.
How your privacy is protected
- Anonymous by default. I will use your first name only, or no name, unless you tell me otherwise.
- Photos and full names need extra permission. I will only use a photo, your full name or anything that identifies you if you give me separate written permission for that specific use.
- You see it first. I will send you anything I plan to publish about you before it goes live, and I will not publish it if you object.
- No private health details, such as diagnoses or lab values, will be published without your specific written consent.
- No payment. You will not be paid for sharing your story, and I will not pay or reward clients for positive reviews.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing elizabeth@wholebodybydesign.com. I will remove your story from my website and stop using it in new materials within 14 days. Content that has already been sent by email or shared by others may not be possible to recall.
